Christ-Centered Care

More Than Sobriety a New Way to Live

Our intensive outpatient program combines evidence-based treatment with Christ-centered guidance to support healing

Life Change Outpatient provides compassionate, evidence-based intensive outpatient treatment for adults seeking recovery from addiction. Our program is Christ-based and designed to help clients experience more than sobriety — a new way to live.
We believe lasting recovery involves the whole person: spiritually, emotionally, mentally, relationally, and practically. Addiction affects every area of life, and true change requires more than behavior modification. It requires healing, honesty, accountability, support, and a new foundation.
At Life Change Outpatient, clients receive structured treatment in a supportive environment where faith and professional care work together to help them take meaningful steps toward lasting recovery.
Designed with Purpose

Welcoming Environment That Inspires Recovery

Every part of our facility has been designed with intention.
We understand that walking into treatment can feel intimidating, so we have worked to create a space that feels comfortable, safe, welcoming, and non-clinical. Our goal is for clients to feel at ease from the moment they walk through the door.
The environment at Life Change Outpatient was created to support honesty, connection, healing, and growth. We want clients to experience a place that feels peaceful and personal while still providing the structure and professionalism needed for effective outpatient treatment.

Focused Support For Every Recovery Journey

Life Change Outpatient offers separate programs for men and women.
Our men’s and women’s programs meet at the same time but in different meeting locations. This allows clients to receive focused care in an environment designed to promote honesty, safety, accountability, and growth.
We believe separating men’s and women’s groups creates space for deeper conversation, stronger connection, and more intentional recovery work.
